Shadowplay got the opportunity to work alongside Mr B & Friends this year as they help reveal the new Unite Students branding. Unite Students is the UK’s leading operator of purpose built student accommodation. Providing a home to 41,000 students in the UK’s strongest university cities.
To go with the new bright, fresh feeling for the branding, they needed a video that reflected the vibrant people involved at Unite Students. Using the new Unite premises in both Bristol & North London, combining great locations with the great people affiliated to the business day to day. Unite Students needed a video that could deliver the best overall view of the business to all its stakeholder, from students deciding on their first move from family homes, to charities & investors looking to aline themselves with Unite Students.
One aspect to the delivery was to have two edits from the same footage. Providing one longer full case edit & another shorter one that still had the ability to deliver the same message. Alongside both these videos Shadowplay shot complimentary stills that will sit in press work & online whilst reflecting the same visual style as the video. Shadowplay offers extended packages, so our clients can get the most material out of the production days they invest in. As a result Shadowplay’s style has now formed the basis of brand guidelines across their future media. Well let you know when the stills are available to view.
